Things you should know before making a purchase!

Before booking, here's some important info you should read into!

 

Security Fee:

A security fee is paid to secure a specified date, treat, or event package.

In many cases, most vendors use retainer fees, or deposits. In which retainer fees/deposits are refundable. Nevertheless, SWEET JONES DOES NOT PARTAKE IN SECURITY DEPOSIT OR RETAINER FEES.

Security fees are with held as balances. Meaning, once you book a specified item/event, the client is paying towards the requested item/event booked.

The remaining portion of the total will be due a week before the requested event date.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS ARE SECURITY FEES REFUNDABLE!

IF YOU ARE UNSASTIFIED WITH ANY SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE THE RESULT OF OUR UNSASTIFACTORY. 

ALL ORDERS ARE NEGOTIOABLE. CREDITS, OR DISCOUNTS ARE ALWAYS AVALIBLE ON FUTURE ORDERS.

 

CANDY APPLES:

Apple quantities are sold by dozens.

You can add on additional apple orders by adding more onto the quantity of 12 apples.

Every dozens of apple order comes with a choice of one or two colors.

Every dozens of apple order comes with a choice of one flavor.

The color of the apple does not signify the flavor of the apple.

Apples are packaged separately.

Apples are to be stored in cool conditions such as a refrigerator after picking up from this vendor.

Apples are coated with candy/chocolate. Be mindful that candy/chocolate becomes sticky/melts once left in a heated area or car.


TREATS:

All treats are made with almond bark. Chocolate covered products should always be stored in a room temperature setting. Chocolate covered strawberries should always be refrigerated.  

CAKES:
Cakes are baked weekly, and frozen to become sturdy for decoration purposes. All cakes are coated with simple syrup to ensure moisture of each layer.
Once a cake is decorated, it is refrigerated until the customers pickup time.
All cake orders are to be picked up on the Friday of the following weekend of the customers event. Orders should be picked up by 1pm. Pickup days are negotiable, but solely up to the vendor as to thee availability of another selected pickup day and time. 
Once a customer picks up their cake or treat order, it is up to the customer to store the cake, cupcakes, or treats properly.
Cake Storing Instructions:
At no point should a cake be left in a heated or cooled vehicle!
Cakes should be stored as soon as the customer picks in a freezer, or refrigerator. 
The day of your event, the cake can sit out 2 hours before your event in a cool room temperature setting. 
For example: If an event starts at 1 pm. Your cake can sit out while setting the event. If the event is at home your cake can sit out at 11am and throughout the party. If the event is outside please let the cake remain in a cool room temperature room.
Cupcakes can sit out in a cool room temperature room and throughout you event. At no point should cupcakes sit inside a heated or cooled vehicle. 
Party Decoration Guidelines:
Sweet Jones acts solely as an event coordinator during event setups, Unless, the customer chooses a service that Sweet Jones provides. Services provided by Sweet Jones includes balloon art, baked goods, or cakes. Contracts are written to provided clauses for the extended services provided by additional vendors. Contracts are also written to provide details, and an itinerary for the customers event. Contracts are only written for services that require full or partial services. Contracts are not written up for treat table setups, or cake orders.
If a customer is unsatisfied with the upkeeping, promptness, design, or exterior of an additional vendors service, it should be discussed with Sweet Jones first. Sweet Jones will then contact the additional vendor to resolve the issue. If an issue cannot be resolved Sweet Jones will then act as an third party, and the issue will have to resolved between the customer and additional vendor. All contacts are provided on contracts.
